Job description

As UX Specialist (f/m/div.), you are instrumental in designing the User Experience of our professional development tools for embedded systems.
Your task is to analyze the complex workflows of software developers and derive intuitive operating concepts for our frontends from these insights.
As the central contact person for usability, you create requirements, wireframes, and prototypes, and validate their implementation through user tests.
You act as the "voice of the user" throughout the entire development process, ensuring a first-class Developer Experience.
Your overarching goal is to sustainably improve the efficiency and satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
