YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance is built in the process. If the winding process is unstable, the part is unstable.
You operate winding machines to produce high-performance composite structures. You ensure:
- parts meet exact specifications
- processes are stable and repeatable
- quality remains consistent
You don’t just run machines. You deliver performance.
- Operate winding machines and control process parameters
- Prepare and execute production steps (e.g. layup, curing prep)
- Ensure no defective or unverified parts move forward
- Maintain stable machine operation
- Follow defined processes and standards
- Maintain clean and structured workspace
- Document process steps

- Support optimization

- Experience in: production, CNC / machine operation, manufacturing environments
