Responsibilities:
Marketing Activity Execution
Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns such as product launches, congresses, training programs, and promotional initiatives.
Support and coordinate logistics for medical congresses, trade shows, workshops, and customer events.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including leads, reach, and engagement.
Marketing Materials & Content Management
Manage, update, and distribute marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, product sheets, digital assets).
Update and maintain website content, CMS pages, and where relevant, Instructions for Use (IFUs).
Maintain marketing-related databases and systems, including CRM, CMS, and DAM tools.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
Work closely with Regulatory Affairs and Quality to ensure all marketing activities and materials meet compliance requirements.
Ensure product claims are accurate and compliant with applicable regulatory frameworks.
Guarantee that communication follows MDR/IVDR guidelines and internal quality procedures.
Escalate any compliance concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Communication Coordination
Act as the operational interface between Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and external agencies.
Coordinate communication and engagement activities with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians, nurses, and procurement teams.
Ensure timely and accurate information flow between internal teams and external partners supporting marketing activities.
Process Adherence & Operational Excellence
Follow established workflows, approval processes, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent and compliant execution.
Maintain documentation, trackers, and planning tools to enable transparent and organized project management.
Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and proposing operational enhancements.
Role in the Organization
Serves as the operational connector between Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Quality, and external agencies.
Works in a highly process-driven environment, ensuring that all marketing actions are executed correctly, on time, and in compliance with internal and external requirements.
