Working Student in Organizational Business Transformation at Allianz SE (m/f/d)

 

 

Who will you be joining?

 

Allianz Re Organizational Business Transformation (OBT) within H4 Allianz SE Solo Operations, IT and Organization is the team responsible for Allianz Re's change activities.

 

As a Working Student within the OM team, you will support our team in driving organizational business transformation, with a strong focus on process automation and AI enablement.

 

How can you make an impact?

 

• Support the adoption of AI tools with focus on M365 Copilot for Allianz Reinsurance business users by creating clear and engaging learning materials, including presentations and short learning videos.
• Contribute to internal communication activities around AI usage, for example by helping create intranet content, community updates and newsletters.
• Help plan, coordinate and support M365 Copilot related enablement sessions and interactive formats for business users.

 

What are you made of?

 

• You are currently enrolled in a university program in data analytics, computer science, information systems, digital innovation, business informatics, business administration, economics, or a comparable field.
• You have a strong interest in AI and automation within a business context and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• You are able to think outside the box, communicate complex topics in a simple and structured way and show a high level of empathy and creativity.
• You already use AI tools such as M365 Copilot or similar solutions and are curious about practical use cases in everyday work.
• You are comfortable working in an international environment and are fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
