Intern (m/f/d) in Investment Management PC Germany & Commercial Lines (AZ Vers/ AVK Pensions)

 

Job purpose/role

 

As a member of our team at Allianz Investment Management you will analyze, monitor and help to steer the € 25bn investment portfolio of Allianz Versicherungs-AG, the leading property and casualty insurance company in Germany.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

• Contribute to investment analysis and decision proposals for the top management
• Support in steering the investment portfolio and implementing asset allocation
• Assist in day-to-day investment decisions, projects and ad-hoc requests
• Further enhance analysis methods, tools and reporting standards

 

Key requirements / Skills / Experience

 

• Completed undergraduate studies in mathematics, business administration or economics with solid credentials
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Interest in capital markets, portfolio management and investments
• Fixed income know-how would be a plus
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• We are looking for people with initiative who can work independently within a very international and dynamic environment
• Registered as a student for the entire duration of the internship
