Intern in Group People and Culture Operations & IT and AI at Allianz SE (m/f/d)

Who will you be joining? 

 

We are a team of project-managers supporting the roll-out of various People & Culture Operations & IT and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. We operate in a global environment, collaborating with our entities worldwide, Allianz Technology, Allianz Services, as well as global solution providers.

 

How can you make an impact? 

 

• Provide data analysis and interpretation
• Project management on ad-hoc strategic initiatives
• Manage internal and external stakeholders

 

What are you made of?

 

• You are a project manager/business administration/finance science/statistics graduate/undergraduate
• You are comfortable in handling various sets of data (financial, people, functional KPIs)
• Prior experience in dashboard creation
• Analytical approach to problem-solving
• Able to work well with others in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-skills e.g. ChatGPT or Copilot
• Previous experience in Consulting/Strategy roles is a plus
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
