You will own the discovery, definition, and packaging of our software product offering—connecting market insights with technical feasibility and commercial impact. You will turn customer and market insights into a scalable product strategy and packaging that accelerates revenue
Define and continuously refine product use cases based on customer needs and market opportunity
Act as the central interface between Engineering, Project, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align priorities and execution
Conduct market research and build deep market understanding (e.g., studies, trends, segmentation)
Drive competitive analysis and translate insights into clear product decisions and positioning
Lead customer conversations to uncover pain points, validate benefits, and sharpen the value proposition
Own product packaging: define feature bundles and pricing logic (price per feature / package structure)
Translate discovery into clear product requirements and drive delivery with Engineering
Professionalization and structuring of our product management function—from processes and methods to robust decision-making foundations—and jointly building this function from the ground up with significant scope for design and ownership.
Prepare structured decision documents and recommendations for the internal product council and contribute actively to product decisions
Collaborate closely with the CTO and Engineering leadership to balance product ambition with technical constraints and delivery
Your profile
Several years of experience in software product management, with a strong ability to connect technical concepts with market and business value.
Experience in developing and scaling B2B enterprise software products, preferably in a tech or deep-tech context.
Excellent written and spoken English (German is a plus)
