Your mission
Take ownership of efficient, automated payroll and HR administration as part of our People & Culture team in Munich. Key areas include:
- Reposibility for smooth daily operations in HR administration
- Preparing and controlling the monthly payroll for 100 employees in close collaboration with the finance department
- Communicating with tax consultancies, social security providers, tax office, and legal providers
- Ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for new joiners and a professional offboarding for leavers
- Supporting our staff with all salary and HR-related questions and challenges
- Administering, optimizing, and maintaining our HRIS (Personio), including document management
- Monitoring of time and attendance recordings
- Creating a compensation & benefits strategy
- Conducting and analysing of employee surveys
- Active participation in various internal and strategic HR projects
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
- Deep knowledge of maintaining and managing Personio
- Extensive experience in tax and legal matters related to payroll
- You value a precise, accurate, and analytical approach to your work
- Strong communication skills, resilience and an open-minded, collaborative, loyal mindset
- Willingness to learn, open to change, and interest in additional HR fields
- Fluent in German and English

- Experience in a start-up or scale-up
