As Sales Manager Netherlands (all genders), you are responsible for ARMEDANGELS’ commercial development and brand presence across the Dutch market — spanning wholesale, key accounts, and retail-related activities.
You combine strategic sales expertise with a strong feel for the market, for partnerships, and for hands-on execution in the field. With your proactive mindset, you grow accounts, strengthen our retail presence, and ensure that our collections, values, and brand ambition are visible and successful in the Netherlands.

What started as a small T-shirt initiative supporting social projects has grown into one of Europe’s leading sustainable lifestyle brands. With a team of 160 people and four collections per year, we demonstrate that responsibility and great product design go hand in hand.
You develop and execute the sales strategy for the Netherlands across wholesale, key accounts, and retail-related activities.
You define targets, assortments, and channel priorities in alignment with our global sales objectives and brand positioning.
You manage and develop key accounts with a focus on long-term growth and strong partnerships.
Through regular store visits, performance reviews, and visual merchandising checks, you ensure strong brand representation and excellent in-store execution.
You lead pre-order appointments, present collections, and align assortments, volumes, and timelines with partners.
During selling periods, you support strong commercial execution in the showroom and across accounts.
You deliver product and brand training to retail teams and partners.
You ensure that ARMEDANGELS’ values and brand story are brought to life consistently and authentically at the point of sale.
You track relevant KPIs such as sell-through, revenue, and account performance, identify opportunities and risks, and derive meaningful actions.
You work closely with internal teams to continuously improve performance and market presence.
You represent ARMEDANGELS in the Dutch market and actively grow our wholesale and retail network.
You identify new partners that align with our positioning and help develop the business in a sustainable way.
