As Junior Compliance Manager (all genders), you support ARMEDANGELS in reliably implementing relevant social, environmental and legal compliance standards — both within voluntary certification frameworks and mandatory regulatory requirements.
You take on a key role in operational execution, data management, and audit and documentation preparation — helping us achieve our long-term impact goals in a measurable and credible way.
In close collaboration with our Product and Supply Chain teams, you ensure that certification processes run smoothly, documentation is audit-ready, and our sustainability communication remains legally sound — even in a landscape constantly evolving through new regulations such as CSRD, CSDDD or the European Pillar of Social Rights (EPSR).
Coordinate audits and license processes (e.g. GOTS, Textile Exchange, Lenzing) and ensure audit-ready documentation.
Monitor relevant sustainability regulations (including CSRD, CSDDD, Green Claims Directive) and translate requirements into practical solutions for internal teams.
Maintain and structure compliance, certification and traceability data as a reliable foundation for reporting, ESG transparency and the Digital Product Passport.
Onboard suppliers into Retraced, coordinate questionnaires and maintain additional data in Open Supply Hub to ensure supply chain transparency.
Drive the implementation of ZDHC standards within our supply chain.
Review sustainability claims together with Marketing and safeguard our communication against greenwashing.
Support internal teams with trainings, guidelines and tools to integrate compliance and sustainability requirements into daily operations.
A completed degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Compliance, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering or a comparable field.
Initial professional experience in Compliance, Sustainability or Supply Chain — ideally within Fashion or Consumer Goods.
Basic knowledge of certifications, regulatory requirements or traceability systems.
A structured, precise way of working with a strong focus on data quality and documentation.
Curiosity about regulatory developments and motivation to dive into complex topics.
Team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility and the drive to actively shape credible sustainability.

Support: Our Employee Assistance Program provides independent guidance in every life situation.
