Role Overview
This role delivers day to day IT help across tools, devices, and user access. You will handle user setup and exit, device care, and fast issue fix for staff in office and afar. The role works close with security and infra groups, giving reliable service and keeping systems safe, steady, and ready as the org grows.
Systems and Platform Support
Assist in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (user management, groups, access)
Support macOS device management using Jamf Pro and assist with policy enforcement
Assist with MDM management using Microsoft Intune Support onboarding and offboarding processes including account provisioning and access cleanup
Maintain and update internal IT documentation and end-user guides
Partner with Systems Administration and Information Security teams on device security and compliance initiatives
End User Support and Desktop Operations
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for on-site and remote employees via ticketing system, Slack, email, and in person
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across macOS and Windows environments (macOS primary)
Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, workstations, printers, mobile devices, conference room equipment, and peripherals
Image, provision, and prepare devices for new hires and replacements
Support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Ensure all incidents are documented accurately and resolved with a high level of customer serviceServe as an escalation point for more complex desktop and device-related issues
About You
Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
Comfortable owning issues end-to-end and knowing when to escalate
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Motivated to grow into deeper systems and platform administration responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience
2–4 years of experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, or similar IT support role
Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Hands-on experience supporting macOS environments
Experience with Jamf Pro or other macOS MDM solutions
Basic experience with Azure Active Directory (user and group management)
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira
Experience supporting Office applications on both Mac and Windows
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Intune
Basic scripting or automation exposure (PowerShell preferred)
Networking fundamentals
Industry certifications
Experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment
