Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Senior People Services Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in Dorsten. You’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, efficient people service across the region. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues, you’ll handle a broad range of people queries, provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, and help build manager capability by coaching and supporting them to resolve people issues confidently.

What you’ll do as a Senior People Services Advisor:
Provide day‑to‑day advice and guidance to managers and colleagues across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance, absence, discipline and grievances
Act as a trusted HR stakeholder for managers across Germany, working closely with local leaders and regional teams to support with people matters
Act as an escalation point and mentor for People Services Advisors, supporting complex or sensitive cases where required
Own and deliver people administration and transactional processes across agreed business areas
Coach managers and colleagues on HR policies, processes and the effective use of Workday
Ensure local HR compliance, reviewing and maintaining documentation
Produce HR reports and data insights to support people processes and initiatives
Support the People Services Manager, People Business Partners and Centres of Excellence with project work, including works council activity
What you'll bring:
Solid experience across HR operations and the employee lifecycle
Hands‑on employee relations case management experience
Proven experience working with Works Councils
A strong service mindset, with the ability to build effective working relationships
Excellent organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Commercial awareness, with an understanding of the impact people decisions can have on the wider business
Fluency in German and English languages
