Responsibilities:
- Independent management of the mixing plant with responsibility for costs, quality and key figures
- Organization of the department according to business management aspects
- Further development of lean production systems for mixture production
- Continuous improvement of processes, tools and operational processes
- Optimal use of personnel, equipment and materials
- Close cooperation with internal and external customers as well as with the Competence Center management and the central functions of the Global Mixed Plant Network
- Compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental protection requirements
- Leadership and further development of the mixing shop team
Qualifications:
- Business or technical studies or corresponding further training
- Leadership experience or corresponding training and education
- Several years of experience in production and logistics processes
- Practical experience in lean production and good knowledge of business management contexts
- Good knowledge of English that can be improved
- Independent and self-reliant, precise and very well-structured way of working and ability to work in a team
- Assertiveness and goal-oriented leadership qualities
- High degree of customer orientation and strong identification with Freudenberg
