Contribute to the European Commercial merchandising strategy by aligning regional assortments with global directives across all channels and preparing analytical inputs that support brand heat, demand, and range efficiency.
Support the European Go‑To‑Market process by maintaining seasonal launch calendars, tracking key deadlines, and ensuring effective information flow between merchandising and category marketing.
Assist in creating and updating merchandising plans and assortments by collecting data, running analyses, and forming initial recommendations based on global initiatives, channel needs, and consumer insights.
Help localize global assortments and tools for European clusters by updating templates, validating item lists, and supporting market‑specific adjustments.
Maintain accurate regional price lists by managing updates, coordinating system changes, and ensuring alignment with global pricing guidance.
Consolidate and track channel forecasts to ensure complete, accurate inputs that meet global timelines and financial expectations.
Provide analytical and administrative support to financial midterm planning through data gathering, basic reporting, and preparation of budget inputs.
Collaborate with Global Product, Sales, E‑com, Retail, and Marketing by preparing documentation, updating product information, and coordinating assigned commercial activities.
Participate in cross‑functional routines by supporting data checks, monitoring process steps, and maintaining workflow accuracy across Supply Chain, Merchandising Operations, and Analytics.
Support executional and GTM‑related tasks—including catalogue updates, SMU preparation, sample orders, ERP and pricing updates, showroom setup, and GTM material creation—in alignment with the Team Head Merchandising Planning & Operations.
A relevant bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, product management, buying, planning, or category management are required.
Strong knowledge of assortment planning, forecasting, pricing, and seasonal calendars—ideally within an international or matrix organization—is essential.
The role requires familiarity with global‑to‑local product processes, GTM cycles, and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global Product teams.
Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience with ERP, PLM, PIM, or merchandising planning tools are important.
Understanding European consumer behavior, market differences, and channel dynamics across Wholesale, E‑com, and Retail is necessary.
Strong merchandising and commercial capabilities are required to support assortment execution, forecasting, SMU processes, price list management, and GTM tool creation.
Analytical strength, accuracy with product data, and the ability to produce clear, structured reports for senior stakeholders are key competencies.
The role demands excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, strong organization, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset suited to fast‑paced environments.
