Own the end-to-end product development process, from initial design through confirmation, ensuring technical feasibility and performance
Act as the key technical partner to Design and Product Line Management, translating creative concepts into innovative, manufacturable solutions
Mentor and guide the Development team, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth
Drive material and construction innovation, working closely with suppliers to improve performance and sustainability
Evaluate prototypes and approve Red Tag samples, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and cost targets
Translate athlete and performance feedback into actionable improvements across the development cycle
Lead collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Sourcing, Sustainability, and Testing, to deliver against key milestones
Assess supplier capabilities and lead onboarding for performance-driven projects and innovations
Domestic and international travel required (approx. 20%).
YOUR TALENT
University degree in Footwear Technology, Engineering, or related field
Extensive experience in end-to-end footwear product development
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
In-depth material knowledge and passion for innovation
Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication, intercultural competence, and strategic mindset
Team-oriented, resilient, and confident under pressure
Experience with sustainability, innovation, and IP processes is a strong advantage
Fluent in English; German and/or Mandarin is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally.
