Your Assignments

• Verantwortung für Aufbau, Pflege und Priorisierung des Agile‑Backlogs

• Übersetzung von Business‑, Daten‑ und Nutzeranforderungen in User Stories inkl. Acceptance Criteria

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Architektur, UX/UI, Data Governance und Product Management

• Kommunikation von Produktvision und Roadmap sowie Moderation von Reviews und Stakeholder‑Demos

• Mitgestaltung datengetriebener Plattform‑ und Analytics‑Lösungen im regulierten Healthcare‑Umfeld

• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Compliance und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung (KPIs, Velocity, Time‑to‑Market)

Your Profile

• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder Program Manager

• Erfahrung mit digitalen Produkten/Plattformen – idealerweise im Healthcare‑ oder regulierten Umfeld

• Sehr gutes Verständnis von Agile‑Methoden (Scrum/Kanban) und Requirements Engineering

• Kenntnisse in Data Analytics, Data Governance und datengetriebenen Entscheidungen

• Erfahrung mit Datenschutz & Compliance (z. B. DSGVO, HIPAA, MDR) von Vorteil

• Kommunikationsstärke, Team‑Leadership, Nutzerfokus und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten datenbasiert zu setzen
