Senior BizApps Advisory Manager (MS Dynamics 365)

About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Senior BizApps Advisory Manager to lead strategic engagements and help clients maximize the business value of Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor at the executive level, shaping transformation strategies and connecting ERP capabilities to measurable outcomes. Beyond client delivery, you will develop new offerings and frameworks that strengthen our advisory practice and set industry benchmarks. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Client value mindset: Assume the client’s position in defining the best solution, understanding business challenges and value levers. 

• Strategic Advisory: Engage with senior client stakeholders to define Dynamics 365-driven, AI-enabled business transformation strategies. 

• Value Mapping: Translate complex business objectives into actionable business solutions that deliver ROI. 

• Solution Leadership: Recommend optimal configurations and guide customizations or integrations for unique client needs. 

• Business Process Management: Analyze and optimize business processes using established process management tools for BPMN compliant documentation. Familiarity with process mining to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities is a plus. 

• Offering Development: Design and launch new advisory services, methodologies, and accelerators for Dynamics 365 value realization. 

• Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry insights and best practices for Dynamics 365 adoption. 

• Mentorship: Coach junior consultants and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements 

• Experience: 

• 7+ years in (in-house) business consulting, with advanced expertise in Dynamics 365 or similar platforms. 

• Proven success in leading digital transformation programs. 

• Advanced experience in applying state-of-the-art AI tools. 

• Skills: 

• Strong understanding of industrial value chains, e.g., in manufacturing, process industry, or life sciences. 

• Business Process Analysis and Modeling 

• Ability to articulate business value and influence C-level decision-making. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Strong leadership attitude with intrinsic motivation to make a difference and drive innovation. 

• Education: 

• Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

• Mindset: 

• Strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial drive and consultative approach. 

• Passion for shaping technology-driven business transformation.
