Service & Product Ownership: Act as the expert reference for shared workplace products (Conferencing/Printing), ensuring end-to-end performance, compliance, and user satisfaction for >45,000 users.
Technical Leadership: Lead the deployment and administration of complex Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) environments, integrating them with CUCM, Expressway, and Google Workspace.
Service Delivery Management: Manage the German scope (OPEX/CAPEX) and drive the lifecycle management of conferencing assets and printing infrastructure.
Strategic Advisory: Provide technical guidance to management on R&D programs, strategic technical decisions, and risk assessments for digital products in regulated environments.
Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation through external benchmarking, pilots (PoC), and Tier 3 support to solve complex transversal incidents and improve system interoperability.
