Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive – Brand & Campaign Communications, you play a key role in delivering integrated 360° campaigns for FMCG clients, combining strong classic PR expertise with hands-on influencer relations experience.
You understand that modern brand communication requires both compelling media storytelling and strategic creator partnerships. Influencer relations are not treated as a standalone discipline, but as a complementary extension of earned-first brand strategies.
Working closely with internal social specialists, you help bring cohesive, culturally relevant campaigns across media and creator ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage defined workstreams within integrated brand and campaign programs
Support the implementation of 360° campaigns across PR, influencer relations and events
Translate strategic direction into well-structured communication measures
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams
Ensure consistency across earned and creator touchpoints
Contribute to the development and execution of proactive PR strategies
Support strategic media outreach in collaboration with media relations specialists
Draft press materials, messaging documents and story angles
Support the development and execution of influencer strategies aligned with brand positioning
Identify relevant creators and communities in close coordination with internal specialists
Manage briefing processes, content alignment and campaign roll-out
Ensure influencer storytelling reflects core brand narratives
Monitor qualitative and quantitative performance indicators
Contribute to campaign concepts and culturally relevant storylines
Monitor trends across media, culture and the creator landscape
Bring insights that strengthen brand relevance within FMCG environments
Support internal strategic and creative development processes
Serve as day-to-day client contact for defined projects
Provide clear recommendations and structured project updates
Support senior team members in strategic client counseling
Identify opportunities to add value within existing mandates
Support detailed project planning and milestone tracking
Assist in reporting
Ensure smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
2–4 years of experience in PR, brand communications or integrated agency environments (FMCG preferred)
Strong foundation in media relations and brand storytelling
Practical experience in influencer relations and creator collaborations
Understanding of integrated communications and cross-functional teamwork
Structured project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in German and English
