Own & optimize distribution strategy across all third-party online channels, with a strong focus on reducing distribution costs and driving demand towards branded web platforms
Analyze channel performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term portfolio performance
Steer channel mix, inventory allocation & rate integrity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal positioning across all platforms
Manage distribution tools & platforms, including channel managers, rate parity tools, and OTA systems, ensuring seamless functionality and connectivity
Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Systems, and IT to align distribution strategies with business objectives and budget expectations
Support forecasting & budgeting processes, including commission cost planning
Lead distribution onboarding for new hotel openings, coordinating system connectivity, channel setup, and contract implementation
Act as internal distribution expert, mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement across processes and performance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue, Distribution, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing within the hotel industry
Strong understanding of OTA ecosystems, channel connectivity, third-party providers, and distribution cost structures
Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial data and translate it into strategic decisions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Revenue Management Systems and payment solutions is an advantage
