About the Job
As the Head of Talent Management & Executive Pipelining, you’ll be responsible in shaping Allianz Technology’s global talent management strategy, partnering with Executive Management Team in ensuring robust executive and senior leadership pipelines to enable a future-ready organization.
You will be trusted to lead full spectrum of strategic talent management including; succession management, development, executive pipelining for internal and external talent, SWP activation, and skills integration. Focused on strengthening organizational capability to accelerate Allianz Technology’s transformation agenda.
