Key responsibilities:

Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
Manage Communicators and Project timelines
Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements: 

University degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
Experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout
Knowledge of insurance-specific sales and distribution channels, such as tied agents, brokers, bancassurance, or direct sales
Mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
Fluency in German (B2/C1) and excellent command of English for preparing and delivering presentations and reports

Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel (capable of performing complex functions)
Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services, as well as consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques

Additional beneficial requirements:

Previous experience with implementation of Data & AI-based solutions or experience in CRM or MarTech space (particularly Adobe or Salesforce), preferably in the financial services industry
Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
Ability to bridge between business and technology and vice versa, with experience in requirements engineering, digital product development and agile working models
Sales-related projects & implementations along the entire customer-oriented value chain
