Working Student / Intern - Compliance (m/f/d)

In this role, you work closely with the global Compliance Topic Experts and experience first-hand what it takes to commit to “Compliance by Design”. In particular, you gain practical experience to develop, implement and oversee the compliance framework and establish a governance framework of written compliance principles and procedures for the Assigned Compliance Risk Areas.

 

Your main responsibilities are:

 

• Support data analytics for risk and control assessments for Compliance topics
• Work closely with project teams to develop best practices on various Compliance related topics
• Propose improvements to existing processes for Compliance management
• Develop concrete ideas on how to make compliance processes more effective across all 3 Lines of Defense

 

What you bring:

 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Data Sciences or related field
• Previous experience in the fields of Governance/ Risk/ Compliance, Business Administration or Organizational Design is a plus
• Diligent and pragmatic work style; well organized with attention to detail
• We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Digitalization, Automation and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and prepare informed decisions
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management
• Open to work internationally and remotely cooperating with global expert networks across numerous locations
• Basic knowledge on Process mapping and/ or Project management preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills
