As a Finance Manager (m/f/d), you are part of our finance team and help the company with all financial matters. You will work on accounting and controlling tasks and assist in planning and reviewing budgets and forecasts to support well-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Help improve and implement the finance strategy in an international SaaS environment
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial modeling for international markets
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, and provide insights for decision-making
• Help improve and optimize finance processes, systems, and internal controls
• Support and assess the financial implications of strategic projects

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance (SaaS, tech, start-ups, consulting, or similar)
• Solid knowledge in controlling and ideally accounting
• Good understanding of SaaS and subscription business models
• Strong analytical skills and a good head for numbers
• Structured, independent, and hands-on working style
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets;
• Fluent in German and English
