- Lead and execute exciting projects with technical depth in the SAP HCM environment, ranging from classic ABAP development to cutting-edge cloud developments and integrations
- Spearhead the technical implementation of customer-specific requirements in SAP HCM on-premise and in hybrid landscapes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions using the latest technologies, including SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and SAP SuccessFactors
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
