The role of People Director is really important to us. You will form part of the Radius people senior leadership team. You will have oversight for the European People team including operations and business partnering, having oversight for a team of circa 7 heads. A core focus of this role will be support drive and execute against the People Strategy for the group.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- Driving impact and developing new strategies alongside the teams you take care of across the People team, developing, monitoring, and implementing the people strategy
- Supporting strategic growth by putting best practice and process in place from inception to completion, reviewing and developing our policies and programs to ensure we consistently have a continuous improvement mindset
- Leveraging data & technology to improve processes and drive productivity and retention
- Ensuring legal compliance in all areas of employment across each of your countries including works council and union relationship management
- Working cohesively alongside the Development, Talent Acquisition and Payroll team to create a seamless colleague experience
- Acting as a key sponsor to, and supporting day-to-day implementation of the Company ED&I goals, ambitions, and strategy
- Building relationships with stakeholders across the global senior leadership team, finding solutions which work both internationally and locally, providing representation for your function at board level
- Managing the annual budget allocated to the European people team
- Directing change management and organisational development
- Providing dynamic and effective leadership and day-to-day management of the department in a fast paced, growing organisation.
