You’ll scale our own brand business from a solid foundation to the next level—across categories like OTC, beauty, supplements, wellness, and more
You’ll build, lead, develop, and inspire a team of experts in product development, category management and go-to-market to accelerate Redcare’s own brand success
You’ll define and implement a comprehensive short- and long-term own brand strategy, including a clear brand identity and architecture for all European markets
You’ll manage the full product lifecycle, from identifying market potential to development and launch, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective product management, and commercial performance
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. brand, regulatory, marketing, supply chain) to create an ideal setup for our own brand operations
You’ll identify innovation opportunities, including licensing and strategic partnerships—to expand the own brand portfolio by leveraging consumer insights and market trends
