What will you do?

In this Working Student role within BA Wind, you will be an integral part of a team that is dedicated to advancing both operational excellence and innovation in renewable energy. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to support day-to-day operations, utilising Excel and Power BI to analyse data and create actionable insights. By assisting with internal process optimisation and product development projects, you help translate ideas into practical improvements. You will also play a hands-on role in smaller projects such as producing promotional videos or learning materials that enable knowledge-sharing throughout the team.

Your main responsibilities include:
