We’re looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to serve as a trusted strategic partner to our Area Vice President and leadership team. In this role, you’ll shape how we plan, operate, and scale—bringing insight, structure, and collaboration to a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment. Your analytical strengths, curiosity, and ability to work with diverse teams will have a meaningful and direct impact on our business.
Strategic Business Partnership
- Serve as a key operational partner to the Area Vice President, offering thoughtful, data‑informed insights that support effective decision‑making.
- Help drive operational excellence and ensure progress toward short-, medium-, and long‑term goals.
- Support quarter‑close periods by creating clear and timely updates for leadership teams.
- Lead Area Quarterly Business Reviews: co‑create agendas with the AVP, prepare accessible and high‑quality presentations, and help ensure clear actions and follow‑through.
End‑to‑End Planning Leadership
- Lead the annual planning cycle for the Area, including resource planning, KPIs and productivity ratios, coverage models, territory alignment, and quota setting.
- Partner with leaders to define objectives and connect team goals to broader organizational priorities.
- Ensure planning processes are aligned with strategic principles and promote clarity, fairness, and transparency.
Forecasting & Pipeline Analytics
- Build and refine forecast cadences that provide accurate, relevant insights.
- Lead forecast reviews with second‑line managers, ensuring consistency, clarity, and meaningful discussions around trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop pipeline review processes using Business Intelligence tools and Power BI to highlight pipeline quality, conversion, and business health.
- Create dashboards and analyses (including year‑over‑year trends) that help teams identify challenges early and take proactive action.
