Working Student in Secretarial Support (f/m/div.)

• During your assignment, you will support the department assistant, and you will handle a variety of daily administrative and organizational tasks.  
• You will also be involved in onboarding new employees, ensuring they experience a smooth and well‑structured start.  
• In addition, you will contribute to the preparation of workshops and large meetings, where you will coordinate and manage key details.  
• Finally, you will work with Excel spreadsheets that you will create, maintain, and refine to enhance workflow efficiency.
