Junior Tax Manager (m / f / d)

As Omio continues expanding into new markets across all continents and launching new products and monetisation models, tax plays a critical role in supporting and safeguarding scalable global growth.

We are looking for a high-potential Junior Tax Manager who wants to build their career in an international tech environment — not just executing compliance, but improving and scaling tax processes in a complex, multi-entity structure.

This role offers exposure to cross-border tax topics, product-related tax questions, and automation initiatives. You will work closely with experienced tax professionals and collaborate with Finance, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure our tax foundations are robust, efficient, and ready to support continuous expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Support the preparation and submission of direct and indirect tax filings (e.g. corporate income tax, VAT/GST) across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitor global tax compliance requirements, working closely with external advisors to track deadlines and ensure timely filings
• Assist with tax accounting activities, including data preparation for provisions, reconciliations, and disclosures
• Support tax audits by preparing documentation and coordinating information requests
• Contribute to maintaining and improving tax processes, documentation, and internal controls
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, and Engineering teams to enhance tax reporting and automation
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on the business and new product initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within tax workflows
