3D Outsourcing Specialist (m/f/x) - Part-time/Working Student

Your role and your tasks

• Project Management: Project management of the creation of 3D models, including regular tracking of project status and updating management regularly on challenges, risks, timelines, and other relevant considerations.

• Collaboration (External & Internal): Collaboration with external freelancers for 3D model production, as well as cross-functional internal communication with project managers, sales, and the leadership team.

• Client Brief Review & Production Translation: Review briefs on incoming client requests, proactively clarify missing or unclear requirements, and translate client input into clear, actionable production briefs.

• Quality Assurance (QA): Perform detailed Quality Control on 3D/AR content, including geometry, textures, scale, shading, etc.

• You have basic knowledge of 3D workflows and software.

• You have a basic understanding of Blender; Substance Painter is a plus.

• You have a structured, detail-oriented mindset and take strong ownership of your work.

• You have excellent organisational skills to manage tasks and priorities efficiently.

• You can communicate clearly and in a structured, detailed way, both verbally and in writing in English; German is a plus.
