HSE/ Workplace Safety & Operations Risk Management expert - Independent Consultant/Freelance

The opportunity:

We have a number of exciting freelance opportunities for  workplace safety and operations risk management experts who have the ability to coach and influence technical experts in a range of safety and operations risk management.  You will be working as part of a DSS+ team on a freelance basis, expected to deliver training and support on safety solutions design and implementation.

About You:

Our community of Independent Contractors are subject matter experts with experience gained within our core industries 

As an Independent Contractor, you will have a demonstrable track record in auditing, designing and implementing workplace safety cultural change through coaching and mentoring a range of stakeholders.   This will include HSE/workplace safety and operations risk management.  

You will have experience in the following:

• Coaching team leaders and managers to help effect cultural and behavioural change

• Working as a safety coach in heavy industry/steel manufacturing

• You will be fluent in German and English and able to read, write, and speak the languages in a professional environment. 

As a freelance or interim professional, you will be looking to work with DSS+ on various projects as one of your portfolio of clients.
