AI Engineer

Your mission

To design, develop, and deploy innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning models that enhance our product capabilities, improve maintanance, drive user engagement, and solve complex business problems. The AI Engineer will be a key contributor to our company's growth and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust AI/ML models and pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement algorithms for data processing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Integrate AI/ML models into our existing software applications and infrastructure.
• Conduct experiments and evaluate the performance and accuracy of models.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data acquisition to model deployment and monitoring.

Your profile

Essential:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with its data science and machine learning libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Desirable:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision projects.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
