ServiceNow Architect

Your mission

• You advise our customers in the context of the ServiceNow architecture.  
• You know the best practices for ServiceNow, implement them and provide them to the development team.
• You work closely with all other responsible parties in agile, diverse and interdisciplinary teams.  
• You always keep an eye on technical and procedural dependencies between the ServiceNow platform and other customer systems.
• In the projects, you are able to quickly analyze and design business processes.
• You deliver a customized process architecture that is optimally adapted to the possibilities of the ServiceNow platform. 

Your profile

• As an architect, you keep an eye on the big picture and ensure that all areas involved work together harmoniously. 
• Together with the business analysts and the development team, you work on designing the solutions that make our customers successful.
•  You are aware of upcoming releases and take them into account in the concepts you create for the developers. 
• You are a sparring partner for the development team and the customer and can steer them in the right direction to ensure sustainable development of the solutions. 

• More than 4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform either at consulting or development level.  
• Experience in one or more of the following areas - ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, SPM or similar.  
• Develop technical solutions to fulfill business requirements using ServiceNow  
• Collaborate with various teams to design ServiceNow solutions and lead the implementation
• ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
