Your mission

Your Tasks: As a Resident Hero, you'll inspire clients with high-energy Reformer strength classes that combine fun with effective training in a vibrant, club-like atmosphere. You’ll motivate, track progress, and ensure every client feels supported throughout their journey.

Your Role:

• Lead exciting, nightclub-style Reformer Strength classes.

• Program effective workouts and pumping playlists.

• Provide individualised support, adapting sessions to suit a wide range of needs.

• Stay up-to-date with continuous education to ensure safe, effective, and innovative training.

Your profile

Who We Are Looking For:

Passionate, experienced trainers with expertise in Reformer, Strength training, Personal Training, Pilates, Dance, performing arts, or similar fields. A love for helping clients achieve fitness milestones and being a team player is essential.

Qualifications:

• Personal training, pilates, reformer, group fitness or equivalent accredited licence (experience in group fitness instruction is a plus).

• Strong commitment to crafting creative, engaging, and energetic workouts.

• Excellent communication, adaptability, and professionalism.

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal growth.
