As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our sales organization in North Rhine–Westphalia, starting as soon as possible.
Your role
In this role, you represent Tok Food directly in the market and act as a trusted partner to our customers. You proactively acquire new clients while strengthening long-term relationships with existing accounts. Combining commercial insight with analytical thinking, you identify growth potential, plan and manage accounts strategically and translate market data into tailored customer solutions that drive sustainable success.Your key responsibilities
• Actively promoting and selling our broad portfolio of Turkish and Eastern Mediterranean food products
• Organizing and delivering product demonstrations and tastings
• Understanding customer requirements and developing customized commercial solutions
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to uncover new sales opportunities
• Working closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure efficient and reliable order fulfillment
Your profile
• Vocational training or professional experience in sales, food retail or a comparable field
• Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the food industry or ethnic food segment
• Strong interest in Turkish and Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with solid market awareness
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-focused mindset
• High level of initiative, performance orientation and willingness to travel within NRW
• Fluent German and Turkish; English and additional languages are an advantage
• Valid Class B driving license
