To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and sales-driven Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team out our location in Gronau (Westphalia). This role can be offered as either full-time or part-time.
Your role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, processing orders and providing support to our customer service team.
You will work closely with the field sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.
Your key responsibilities
- Drive new business growth through proactive outbound sales calls while capitalizing on inbound inquiries to identify upselling opportunities
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- Identify, qualify and pursue sales leads by researching potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to drive sales growth
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to coordinate order processing, resolve any issues and ensure seamless execution of sales agreements
- Maintain detailed and accurate sales records, track key performance indicators and prepare regular reports to provide insights on sales activities, pipeline status and progress toward targets
Your profile
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, ideally within a B2B environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate order processing and follow-up
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in German and Turkish; English and/or Dutch skills are an advantage
