Your Tasks

• Analysis, design, development, and optimization of AI and GenAI solutions in cloud and on-premises environments for clients across various industries
• Integration of GenAI components (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) into existing architectures, as well as migration of AI workloads to cloud or hybrid platforms
• Building and further development of AI/GenAI platforms (e.g., for model hosting, prompt pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation [RAG], MLOps/LLMOps)
• Implementation of AI-based use cases using modern cloud services, machine-learning frameworks, and GenAI APIs
• Creation of prototypes, proof of concepts, and showcases to evaluate new technologies and architectures
• Design and documentation of AI governance and security requirements, such as Responsible AI, access concepts, and model monitoring
• Medium-term assumption of (partial) project management responsibilities as well as planning and delivery of workshops, training sessions, and client presentations on AI/GenAI

What do we expect from you?

• University degree in a STEM field or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, GenAI, or data-engineering environments, ideally with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks
• Strong knowledge of machine-learning pipelines, model deployment, or LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Services, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, Bedrock)
• Ideally experience with CI/CD principles, MLOps/LLMOps, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)
• Experience in data provisioning, processing, and connecting data sources (e.g., for RAG scenarios), as well as in visualizing results
• High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new AI/GenAI technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, independent and goal-oriented working style, and strong team skills
• Language skills:
