Your Tasks

• Analysis, design, development, and optimization of cloud and on-premises solutions with a focus on Microsoft Azure for analytical systems within the scope of our consulting projects
• Migration of existing data and analytics systems to the Azure Cloud, as well as integration into hybrid architectures
• Implementation of Azure Data Warehouse and analytics use cases with modern Azure technologies such as: Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL / Azure SQL MI, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse Pipelines, or Microsoft Fabric
• Creation of Proof of Concepts and technical showcases based on current Azure technologies
• Medium-term assumption of (partial) project management, as well as conducting training and workshops on Azure Data Engineering and Cloud Architecture

What do we expect from you?

• A degree in a STEM field or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of practical and demonstrable experience in cloud or data engineering with Microsoft Azure
• Ideally, knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, e.g., with Terraform, Bicep, or Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Experience in deploying, processing, and visualizing data (ETL/ELT, e.g., with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, or Power BI)
• Strong willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new technologies within the Azure ecosystem
• Analytical and logical thinking, goal-oriented actions, and teamwork skills
• Language Skills:
  • German: Minimum C1
  • English: Minimum B2
