Working Student for Industrial Design + Research - Germany

Your mission

Are you looking for new experiences and exciting tasks in the field of renewable energy? Then come and support us in our Industrial Design Team to take part in creating great customer experiences!
 
Your most essential tasks are:

• Support conducting user-oriented research for European market and gather insight into customer requirements for different product groups within our portfolio
• Take part in conceptual work and design sketching sessions
• Support versatile design exchanges with global design team
• Get to know and understand corporate brand positioning 
• Gather trends and product information and visualize them with the relevant tools
• Last but not least – you will support us in organizing and executing our Innovation Workshops 

Your profile

All right. These would have been your tasks. Now let`s give you a feeling what background you ideally have:
 

• Enrolled in Industrial Design, Product Design or equivalent experience/training/study
• You will be available for about 16h or 20h/week
• Strong visual communication skills with a passion for aesthetics
• First experience with Design Thinking, Design Sprints or other modern collaborative facilitation and workshop methods would be a plus
• Good feeling for intercultural communication
• Very good English skills (approx. C1), Chinese and/or German language skills are an advantage
• You have the motivation to actively contribute and offer your expertise
• Flexibility, a keen perception, reliability and a self-sufficient work style round up your profile
