We’re looking for a working student to help us manage and grow our organic social media presence.
Your role is to make sure our channels stay active, relevant and student-focused. You’ll work closely with our design and marketing team to publish content, adapt templates, film authentic student-style videos and keep our platforms moving.
The role
Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
Research, share and adapt current social media trends relevant to university students
Freedom to create new content ideas and test new creative approaches!
Adapt and edit Canva templates provided by our design team
Film authentic, student-style content (UGC, trends, short skits, campus-style content)
Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Instagram or TikTok tools
Coordinate with designers and marketers to ensure consistent messaging
Reply to comments on posts, track the growth and engagement of our accounts
Currently enrolled student or a recent graduate
Fluent German and English (German copywriting skills are important)
Strong understanding what makes a TikTok/Instagram account successful in 2026 and how to produce viral content
Comfortable being on camera and filming informal content
Basic experience editing short-form videos (CapCut, TikTok, Reels)
Comfortable working with Canva templates
Reliable, organised and proactive
