The mission of the Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – COO Office role is to take ownership of critical, unstructured projects and drive them from ambiguity to execution by applying clear thinking, strong analytics, and a hands-on approach. You enable fast, high-quality decision-making and ensure impactful solutions are not only developed but successfully implemented.
You will analyze and model data, create management-ready presentations, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and the COO Office, and step in to drive execution when needed to ensure tangible results.
Lead and support end-to-end project management of operational and strategic initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional efforts through effective stakeholder management, including senior leadership
Develop and maintain business cases, including financial modeling and scenario planning
Perform data analysis and Excel modeling to support decision-making
Build and track KPIs and performance metrics to monitor project and operational success
Create high-quality executive presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides) to communicate insights and recommendations
Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present complex data clearly
Work with large datasets to generate actionable insights and drive improvements
Support and improve project management processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, PMO structures)
Take ownership of ambiguous, high-impact problems and drive them through to execution
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or a related field (Experience in project management or PMO environments is a plus)
Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and scenario analysis
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for executive-level presentations
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
Comfortable working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar) is beneficial
Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to break down complex problems
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly proactive and self-driven, with strong ownership mindset
Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Results-oriented with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
Strong collaboration skills across functions and seniority levels
