We are looking for a strong, results-oriented sales personality with negotiation skills and high customer focus to join us.
Your Tasks
- You work actively in the Business Development & Sales department and coordinate part of the sales team as a team leader
- With the help of regular market, competition and potential analyses, you will constantly optimize your sales strategy and build long-term customer relationships
- You will coordinate closely with other smartmicro teams to forward customer feedback to the technical teams and connect customer with smartmicro support team where necessary
- You support the sustainable expansion of market share and take part in international trade fairs and conferences
- You support in shaping and further developing sales processes
Your Strengths
- Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or similar qualification
- You already have professional experience in technical sales or key account management and leadership experience
- Experience in dealing with people in the transport / road sector at municipalities and cities or the automotive Industry is desirable
- You have in-depth knowledge of ERP and CRM software, advanced knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
- Occasional travel is not a problem for you
- You are business fluent in German and English, another foreign language is a plus
