If you do not see a working student position listed on our careers page, it means that we currently have no open student roles. However, if your qualifications and experience stand out, we will be happy to review your application and explore potential opportunities with you.

Please submit unsolicited applications exclusively via our careers page. Applications sent through our sales contact form cannot be considered and will be deleted. We kindly ask you to submit your application in English since most of the hiring team is not fluent in German. 

Due to the high volume of speculative applications we receive, we are unfortunately unable to respond to every submission individually. We don’t offer internships — only working-student jobs. Our working-student roles are intended for longer durations than a typical 3-month internship.

Your Mission:

At Reflex Aerospace, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects as a working student and gain valuable practical experience in the aerospace industry.

We welcome applications from students who are currently enrolled and in the final semester of their bachelor’s or master’s program. In some cases, there may be the possibility of transitioning into a full-time junior role after graduation. For this reason, we aim to be your last employer during your studies and your first full-time employer after graduation.

We prefer students who are enrolled in any space or aerospace related courses and have e.g. studied in the following degree programs:
