Your Mission:
We are building the next generation of high-performance satellites right here in Germany. Join a team with over 100 successful space missions’ worth of combined experience and make your mark on the future of the space industry. You will contribute in the following areas:- Develop and validate system-level architectures for satellite missions.
- Conduct system-level analyses and simulations to verify design performance.
- Perform and facilitate trade-off analyses with the subsystems.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate system integration and mission success.
- Support testing, verification, and validation activities to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Manage subsystem budgets and all interfaces throughout the development process.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in satellite systems design and development.
- Familiarity with satellite subsystems and satellite development lifecycle.
- In-depth expertise in at least one satellite subsystem.
- Proficient in Python (scripting and interfacing with APIs) and Git (comfortable with branches and MRs)
- Sense for simplicity and automation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with MBSE is a big plus.
- Experience with mission analysis is a plus.
