Analyst/Associate (m/f/d) - Debt Advisory

Your Tasks

• Careful analysis of the market position and financial projections of companies, predominantly in the context of leveraged buyouts
• Modelling/plausibility check of business plans and financing scenarios 
• Preparation of marketing documents and pitch presentations
• Support in project management and administrative tasks
• Communication with potential financing parties and extensive preparation and/or provision of information for the respective credit approval processes 
• Involvement in providing independent advice to our clients on financing-related aspects, in particular acquisition financings/LBOs, refinancings and recapitalizations

Your Offer

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of economics or another field of study with an economic focus
• At least one year of professional experience in debt advisory/M&A/corporate finance or leveraged finance, preferably by working in an investment bank or corporate finance boutique, a leading bank or in private debt or other relevant companies 
• Fast comprehension and very diligent working style (even on short deadlines)
• Strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of accounting (HGB/IFRS) 
• Extensive practical experience in financial modeling with Excel 
• Independent approach to work, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills (German/English)
