Account Executive in Baden-Württemberg (m/f/d). Ready to help make industry more efficient? Then we’re excited to meet you!
Your mission
- You develop and own the go-to-market strategy for your region (Baden-Württemberg), identify and prioritize target accounts, and build a sustainable pipeline
- You manage the entire end-to-end sales process – from initial outreach through structured discovery to closing complex deals
- You generate new leads independently through targeted prospecting, networking, events, and your personal network
- You manage and grow existing customers in your region by developing them strategically
- You own revenue (MRR) and drive growth in your region
- You lead structured discovery conversations and identify pain points across procurement, engineering, and operations
- You present our software solutions in a compelling and audience-specific way
- You create proposals, lead negotiations, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- You manage your pipeline independently, prioritize effectively, and keep deals on track
- You collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, SDRs, Marketing, as well as Product and Customer Success teams to ensure successful market execution and a seamless customer experience
- You are responsible for forecasting your opportunities and ensuring transparent, structured pipeline management in our CRM system
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in B2B sales of software or SaaS solutions, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments
- You have a proven track record in new business development (new logo sales) and closing complex enterprise deals
- You have experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
- You have a solid understanding of engineering, procurement, or cost engineering processes
- You bring strong skills in territory planning, account strategy, and pipeline management
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the executive level
- You demonstrate a high level of ownership, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- You have experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Nice to have: You have a strong network and experience selling engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain software solutions to relevant stakeholders and organizations
