Your mission

• You develop a clear product strategy for a new or growing product in a SaaS/platform environment
• You build a scalable, prioritized roadmap, continuously refine it, and manage its implementation together with Engineering and Customer Success
• You not only work conceptually but also actively contribute to development – both in the backend and frontend
• You engage in technical discussions, understand architectural decisions, and ensure that quality, performance, and scalability are taken into account
• You define relevant KPIs, track them in a data-driven manner, and derive concrete product decisions from them
• You take ownership of project management for cross-functional initiatives and ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable field of study/training
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with very strong knowledge of Vue.js/TypeScript and .NET/C#
• Clean Code, SOLID principles, unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD are second nature to you
• You have experience leading product initiatives and building roadmaps, and you are confident working with agile project management methodologies
• You understand scalable software architectures and make product decisions based on data
• You think strategically and entrepreneurially and have a strong sense for market trends
•  You communicate clearly and work in a hands-on, structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven manner
• You have very good German and English language skills
