Working Student (m/f/d) – Transaction Advisory / Strategy & Business Development

What we look for:

• You support our Strategy Transaction Advisory team in content-related topics. 
• You assist in the preparation of market analyses, evaluations, and pitch materials in a variety of media, including reports and slide packs.
• You take responsibility for your own sub-projects.
• You support our Strategy Transaction Advisory team in the organisation and administration of various tasks.
• You make of travel arrangements.
• You coordinate client meetings and team events.
• You actively participate in drafting BD proposals and pitch documents for PE funds and portfolio companies, working directly with the Transaction Advisory leadership team.
• You translate internal knowledge into insightful whitepapers to support marketing activities of the Transaction Advisory team.
• You codify project knowledge into new intellectual property (IPs) to strengthen the company's expertise base.
• You maintain internal databases, including a best-practice slide library and benchmarking resources.

What we require:

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and achieve excellent academic results.
• Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in Transaction Advisory, strategy consulting, or in supporting project teams.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
• You possess excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• You are highly organized, enjoy working in a team, and value collaboration in a diverse environment.
• You show a strong affinity for digital topics, internet trends, and technology-driven environments.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
